About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee Facilities Management, Administration, Employee Transportation, Vendor Management, and Workplace Operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate facilities, transportation operations, administration services, cost optimization, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Administration, Facilities Management, and Employee Transportation operations across multiple locations.
• Manage large-scale office facilities, workplace infrastructure, and outsourced service providers.
• Drive transportation operations including route planning, fleet utilization, scheduling, employee safety, and service quality.
• Develop and implement transportation policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational directives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and government requirements.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, performance management, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs including service levels, utilization, employee satisfaction, incident management, and budget adherence.
• Implement business continuity and emergency response plans for operational disruptions and critical incidents.
• Drive digital transformation through Transport Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking, AI/ML-based analytics, and workplace management platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Security, Finance, and Corporate Leadership teams to deliver seamless workplace services.
• Develop executive dashboards and MIS reports for senior management review.
• Lead, mentor, and manage large cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

Preferred Background

• 15 + years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Transportation, Workplace Services, or Corporate Operations.
• Proven experience managing multi-city operations and large-scale corporate facilities.
• Strong exposure to IT/ITES, BFSI, Corporate Services, Facility Management, Logistics, or Global Workplace Solutions environments.
• Experience handling large employee populations, transportation networks, and high-value vendor contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving operational excellence, cost savings, governance, and employee satisfaction.
