What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily truck booking, dispatch, and transport operations
- Manage and develop trucking suppliers and service providers
- Negotiate trucking rates and commercial terms
- Ensure sufficient trucking capacity and timely client fulfillment
- Monitor transport costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Resolve transport issues, delays, and service escalations
- Lead and develop the Transport & Fleet Operations Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant transport/logistics experience
- Experience in trucking supplier management and rate negotiation
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of transport costing, dispatch, and fleet operations
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
