Transport Manager

The role of a transport manager involves the following duties:

• Making sure vehicles are properly maintained
• Inspecting vehicles
• Arranging repairs and routine maintenance
• Ensuring that all drivers and operators have the correct, up to date qualifications
• Maintain Regulatory Vehicle Compliance: RC, Health, PUC, Insurance etc.
• Reducing the risk of vehicle overloading
• Maintaining and completing accurate records
• Expense Management: Diesel, Toll, Tyre(s), Breakdown Maintenance, On Road expenses
• Internal and customer coordination
• Keeping schedules and organizing team members, HUB management.
• Vehicle utilization
• Market Vehicles: Rate Contracts, Availability, Timely Billing
• Bikers Arrangement
• Profitability
• TMS Management

Requisites:

· Communication Skills – Verbal, Written and Spoken

· Continual Improvement Process.

· Supply Chain Experience.

· MS Office.

· TMS

· Recruiting.

· Mentoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
