Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will support the Transport Operations Division in operational administration, data management, activity monitoring, and reporting processes to ensure transportation operations are executed according to the planned schedule and requirements.

Job Description

• Support operational administration activities in the Transport Operations Division.
• Help ensure operational plans and routine activities are completed according to schedule.
• Support the team's daily activities and assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Support operational administration by inputting operational data and updating progress trackers (timelines and checklists).

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate student with NO ACTIVE CLASSES or fresh graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering-related fields.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Available to join ASAP (October 2026).
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
• Able to work full-time from office (WFO), Monday-Friday, 08.30–17.30.
