Transport Planner

Job Responsibility

· Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation of goods from Suppliers to Customers

· Efficient transport planning

· Track deliveries and trucks via GPS

· Respond to service requests timely

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service and operational issues

· Review driver performances, attendance

· Respond to customer queries /complaints / feedbacks on a timely basis

· Assist / oversee the daily scheduling activities

· Ensure all deliveries are completed on a daily basis

· Communicate with drivers on delivery schedule / arrivals / pick ups

Job Requirements

· 1-2 years of experience in truck transportation field

· Effective communication skills, verbal and written

· IT proficient (Microsoft Office)
