Transport Solution Design (ระยอง)

1. Position Purpose

Develop and expand transportation business by identifying new business opportunities, designing competitive transport solutions, developing commercial models, and leading implementation to deliver sustainable revenue, profitability, and customer value.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Transport Solution & Network Design

·       Design and optimize end-to-end transportation solutions, including route, fleet, capacity, resources, and operating model.

·       Conduct transportation cost analysis and scenario simulation to identify the most cost-effective solution.

·       Develop solutions covering FTL, LTL, Container Transportation, Domestic and Export Transportation, as applicable.

2.2 Business Development

·       Identify and develop new transportation business opportunities and potential customers.

·       Understand customer requirements and develop suitable transportation solutions.

·       Develop business proposals, commercial models, and pricing strategies.

·       Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

2.3 Commercial & Tender Management

·       Lead RFQ/RFP/Tender processes, including costing, pricing, proposal preparation, and negotiation.

·       Develop transportation cost models and ensure pricing supports target profitability.

·       Lead contract and commercial negotiations with customers, transport partners, and other stakeholders.

2.4 Project Implementation

·       Lead new business implementation from feasibility study, solution design, contracting, resource preparation, and operational readiness through Go-Live.

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and customers.

·       Monitor implementation performance and ensure the solution meets agreed cost, service, and timeline targets.

2.5 Business Performance & Continuous Improvement

·       Monitor revenue, transportation cost, margin, service level, and operational performance.

·       Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and service enhancement.

·       Drive continuous improvement and develop innovative transportation solutions and digital/logistics technologies.

3. Qualification

3.1 Education

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Transportation Management, or related fields.

·       TOEIC Score 600 up.

3.2 Experience

·       5–10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, 3PL/4PL, or business development.

·       Experience in transportation solution design, costing, tender management, and commercial negotiation.

·       Experience leading logistics/transportation projects from concept to Go-Live is preferred.
