We are looking for a responsible and energetic Transport Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation activities, monitoring vehicles and drivers, and ensuring smooth and timely transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily transport operations.
- Manage and communicate with drivers regarding routes and schedules.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely trips.
- Maintain daily transport and vehicle records.
- Handle driver and employee transportation-related issues.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and report any vehicle-related problems.
- Ensure compliance with company transport procedures and safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily reports and update management regarding transport activities.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly.
