The Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on Transport Supervisor to lead operations at our Berrinba site, working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm. This role suits a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving challenges, and is passionate about developing people and exceeding customer expectations.

What you’ll do

• Lead and optimise daily fleet operations, maximising drivers, vehicles and equipment
• Ensure safety, compliance and fatigue management standards are consistently met
• Deliver outstanding customer service and meet operational and delivery targets
• Maintain and enforce all policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Provide a safe, productive working environment for all team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with key stakeholders
• Update KPIs and reporting as required
• Support the development and effective management of the company fleet

• Experience with route allocation and multi-drop delivery scheduling
• Transport industry experience and a solid understanding of compliance and safety
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet
• Proven leadership experience in high-pressure environments
• Strong customer and stakeholder relationship-building skills
• Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of results
• Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A collaborative, dynamic, and team-focused approach
