Transportation Analyst (Pathum Thani)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules for raw materials and concrete deliveries.
• Monitor contractor and fleet performance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal truck utilization.
• Verify delivery documentation and ensure data accuracy in transport systems.
• Monitor transport costs, fuel consumption, and freight rates for efficiency.
• Support transport performance reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transport or dispatch operations will be advantage.
• Experience coordinated work or understand process of AR/AP will be advantage.
• Understanding of fleet operation and truck dispatch systems will be advantage.
• Basic knowledge Finance i.e. P&L, Fix/Variable cost, GR/GI.
• Advance Excel skill for analysis and data collection design (Pivot, complex Formula, Table & Query design.
• Knowledge of related system i.e. SAP, Power BI/BI tools will be advantage.
• Working level English communication i.e good reading/writing skill and basic/fair for speaking.
