What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate transportation dates, schedules, assignments, and customer requirements connected with scheduling, order, transportation, and customer-service workflows.
• Maintain current status records and confirm timing, addresses, reference details, and service instructions.
• Communicate schedule changes or delays promptly to moving and service customers and customers, crews, vendors, and operations teams.
• Track open transportation tasks through completion and follow up on missed milestones or incomplete documentation.
• Document exceptions, reschedules, and issue resolution so service history remains complete.
• Prepare routine transportation status reports and identify recurring scheduling or communication issues for One New Creation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in logistics, inventory, procurement, order management, transportation, or operations support is preferred.
• Strong organization and careful attention to quantities, dates, status updates, and supporting documentation.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, order or inventory systems, shared trackers, and vendor records.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in One New Creation's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
