Transportation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the client's Transportation Department regarding daily and upcoming transportation plans.
• Monitor transportation requirements and proactively coordinate schedules and arrangements.
• Liaise with the Warehouse team to ensure proper logistics and delivery scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related concerns and complaints from Huawei departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure service requirements are met.
• Maintain clear and timely communication on transportation schedules, updates, and operational concerns.
• Perform other transportation and coordination-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or coordination roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and capable of resolving operational concerns efficiently.
• Willing to be stationed at our client's headquarters in BGC, Taguig and coordinate regularly with the Warehouse team.
