Transportation Coordinator

Join the Thunder Bay Transportation Authority (TBTA) team in a part-time clerical and customer service role that plays an important part in keeping our transportation services running smoothly.

This position provides essential clerical and customer service support to TBTA’s daily operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching transportation services, assisting customers, coordinating transportation needs, maintaining accurate information, and providing general administrative support to help ensure our services are efficient, reliable, and customer-focused.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment are important for success in this position. Experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or office administration is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance, availability, and the needs of the organization.
