You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Designing and maintaining transportation dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Creating and enhancing data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Analyzing transportation and logistics data.
• Partnering with transportation leadership and stakeholders.
• Developing self-service analytics tools and automations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Transportation or supply chain data experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to travel to the United States.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Databricks or Azure.
• Transportation cost management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing analytics projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees may work a schedule of four days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
