Transportation Dispatcher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and organized Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation services, communicate with drivers and customers, and help ensure all scheduled trips are completed safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily transportation services.
• Monitor driver locations and trip schedules.
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding pickups, drop-offs, and schedule changes.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding transportation arrangements.
• Handle last-minute changes, delays, cancellations, and other transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate trip and driver records.
• Ensure drivers are following assigned schedules and routes.
• Report any incidents, customer concerns, or transportation issues to management.
• Assist with general administrative and dispatch duties as needed.
