What you'll do

• provide safe, timely and courteous off-campus transportation for residents
• help create a comfortable and positive transportation experience for every resident
• follow all local, state and federal driving requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to resident safety
• assist with keeping transportation vehicles clean and ready for resident use
• communicate professionally with residents, guests and team members
• manage multiple needs and changing priorities while maintaining dependable service
• provide exceptional customer service throughout each resident interaction
• assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community

What you'll bring

• high school diploma or GED
• at least 21 years of age
• valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• previous experience in a customer service environment
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and dependable
• strong attention to detail and commitment to safe driving
• warm, courteous and resident-focused approach
• interest in working with and serving older adults
• successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
