Event Overview:

The event will depart from and return to the Sheraton Denver Downtown for various tour destinations during the day, followed by transportation to private residences in the evening. This role requires courteous, attentive, and responsible staff members to assist with organizing and loading passengers, as well as coordinating with designated hosts regarding arrival and departure times.

• Tour Assistance: Assist tour group leaders in guiding guests from the hotel entrance to their designated tour vehicles for departure. Approximately 20 tour groups, consisting of 15 to 30 guests each, will depart from the Sheraton Denver Downtown within a 45-minute departure window.

Tour Hours: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (hours may be extended as needed)

• Dine Around Escort: Assist with the Dine Around, approximately 50 groups, ranging from 8 to 20 guests each. Groups are to be escorted from the ballroom level, up the escalator, and out of the hotel to their designated vehicle. Escorts will travel with their assigned group to and from the dinner destination.

Dine Around Hours: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM (hours may be extended as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring travel times and communicating with the designated hostess to provide updates on the group's estimated arrival time.
• Escorts must also contact the hostess when the group is in close proximity to the destination.
• Timely communication is critical to the success of this role, and escorts must remain attentive to schedules and updates throughout the evening.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.
• Possess strong verbal communication skills.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Be proficient in using cell phones and/or two-way radios for communication.
• Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Remain dependable, punctual, and attentive throughout the event.
