Transportation Strategy & Planning 1.1 依据公司战略与生产物流需求，制定中长期运输规划与年度运营方案，统筹整车厂零部件入厂物流整体运输策略。 Formulate mid-to-long term transportation plans and annual operation plans based on corporate strategy and production logistics needs, oversee the overall inbound transportation strategy for automotive components. 1.2 主导多模式运输（公路 / 铁路 / 水路）方案设计与资源整合，优化网络布局与运输路径，提升整体交付效率与成本竞争力。 Lead the design and resource integration of multi-modal transportation solutions (road/rail/waterway), optimize network layout and routes to improve overall delivery efficiency and cost competitiveness. 1.3 建立运输计划管控机制，对接生产、采购、仓储等部门，保障物料准时交付，支撑生产节拍稳定运行。 Establish transportation plan control mechanisms, coordinate with production, procurement and warehousing to ensure on-time material delivery and support stable production rhythm. 2. 运输运营与调度管控

Transportation Operation & Dispatch Management 2.1 统筹运输全流程实时监控与异常应急处置，针对拥堵、故障、天气等突发状况制定预案并快速决策，保障运输任务零中断。 Oversee real-time monitoring and emergency response for the entire transportation process, develop plans and make quick decisions for congestion, breakdowns, weather and other emergencies to ensure uninterrupted transportation. 2.2 优化车辆调度、装载率与时效管理，推动运输标准化作业，持续提升运输准点率与服务水平。 Optimize vehicle dispatch, loading rate and time management, promote standardized transportation operations, and continuously improve on-time rate and service level. 2.3 主导运输数据看板建设，通过数据分析驱动运营改善，输出效率、成本、质量等核心指标报告。 Lead the construction of transportation data dashboards, drive operational improvement through data analysis, and deliver reports on efficiency, cost, quality and other core indicators. 3.运输资源与供应商管理

Transportation Resource & Supplier Management 3.1 负责运输服务商（物流 / 车队）全生命周期管理，包括准入、招标、定价、绩效评估、淘汰与续约，构建优质供应生态。 Responsible for the full lifecycle management of transportation service providers (logistics/fleets), including qualification, bidding, pricing, performance evaluation, elimination and renewal to build a high-quality supply ecosystem. 3.2 统筹运输车辆、设备、运力资源规划与管理，制定采购、租赁、维保标准，保障资源充足与合规可用。 Oversee the planning and management of transportation vehicles, equipment and capacity resources, formulate procurement, leasing and maintenance standards to ensure sufficient and compliant resources. 3.3 建立供应商 KPI 考核体系（时效、安全、成本、服务），定期复盘并推动持续改善。 Establish supplier KPI assessment system (timeliness, safety, cost, service), conduct regular reviews and drive continuous improvement. 4. 团队与组织管理

Team & Organization Management 4.1 负责运输团队整体搭建、培养与管理，包括招聘、培训、绩效考核、激励与人才梯队建设，提升团队专业能力与执行力。 Responsible for the overall construction, development and management of the transportation team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, motivation and talent echelon building to improve team professionalism and execution. 4.2 制定部门管理制度、岗位职责与作业流程，推动团队标准化、高效化运作。 Formulate department management systems, job responsibilities and operation processes to promote standardized and efficient team operation. 5. 安全、质量与合规管理

Safety, Quality & Compliance 5.1 构建并落地运输安全管理体系，组织安全培训、风险排查与事故处理，实现零重大安全事故目标。 Build and implement transportation safety management system, organize safety training, risk investigation and accident handling to achieve zero major safety accidents. 5.2 制定运输质量标准，处理货损、投诉与理赔事宜，维护公司利益与客户满意度。 Formulate transportation quality standards, handle cargo damage, complaints and claims to protect corporate interests and customer satisfaction. 5.3 跟踪交通法规、政策及环保要求变化，确保运输业务全流程合规运营。 Track changes in traffic regulations, policies and environmental requirements to ensure full-process compliant operation of transportation business. 6. 可持续发展与跨部门协同

Sustainability & Cross-departmental Collaboration 6.1 推行绿色运输与低碳管理，管控运输碳排放，满足公司与客户可持续发展要求。 Implement green transportation and low-carbon management, control transportation carbon emissions to meet the sustainable development requirements of the company and customers. 6.2 统筹内外部沟通协调，对接生产、销售、仓储、政府监管机构等，建立高效协同机制。 Oversee internal and external communication and coordination, connect with production, sales, warehousing, government regulators and establish efficient collaboration mechanisms. 任职要求 Requirements: 1. 物流管理、交通运输、供应链管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, transportation, supply chain management, or related majors. 2. 5 年以上物流运输管理相关工作经验，其中3年及以上汽车主机厂 / 大型制造企业运输管理经验，1年以上团队管理经验。 More than 5 years of logistics and transportation management experience, including 3+ years of transportation management experience in automotive OEMs / large manufacturing enterprises and 1+ years of team management experience. 3. 精通汽车行业入厂物流、运输管理全流程与多模式运作模式。 Proficient in the entire process and multi-modal operation of inbound logistics and transportation management in the automotive industry. 4. 精通运输成本分析、预算管控、供应商招标与定价管理。 Proficient in transportation cost analysis, budget control, supplier bidding and pricing management. 5. 熟悉交通法规、安全生产、保险理赔、碳排放管理相关政策要求。 Familiar with traffic regulations, safety production, insurance claims, carbon emission management policies. 6. 熟练使用 WMS/TMS 等物流系统及 Excel 高级数据分析功能。 Proficient in WMS/TMS logistics systems and advanced Excel data analysis. 7. 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可作为工作语言。 Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, usable as a working language. 8. 具备战略思维、全局统筹与决策能力，能独立制定运输体系规划与解决方案。 Possess strategic thinking, overall coordination and decision-making ability, able to independently formulate transportation system planning and solutions. 9. 优秀的团队管理、跨部门协同与谈判沟通能力。 Excellent team management, cross-departmental collaboration and negotiation skills. 10. 极强的抗压能力、应急处理能力与问题解决能力。 Strong stress resistance, emergency response and problem-solving abilities. 11. 结果导向，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德与领导力。 Result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and leadership.
