Transportation Manager

ATC Mobility is looking for a Transportation Manager who can keep people, vehicles, schedules, and daily transportation activity organized when plans don't always stay exactly as expected.

Transportation is a moving operation in every sense. Schedules change, demand shifts, vehicles need attention, and an unexpected delay can affect more than one person.

We're looking for someone who can see what's happening across the day, make practical adjustments, and keep the right people informed.

What you'll be responsible for

• Oversee daily transportation and mobility service activity
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, routes, and transportation resources
• Monitor active transportation needs and respond to delays or schedule changes
• Work with drivers, dispatchers, team members, and service partners as applicable
• Help ensure vehicles and other transportation resources are available when needed
• Monitor upcoming workload and identify potential scheduling or capacity issues
• Keep customers, clients, or internal teams informed when service details change
• Maintain accurate transportation, scheduling, and operational records
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or rescheduled service
• Help address recurring routing, scheduling, or transportation issues
• Support safe, dependable, and professional transportation practices
• Identify practical ways to improve service reliability and day-to-day efficiency

What we're looking for

• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, dispatch, scheduling, mobility services, delivery, or a similar environment
• Strong organization and practical problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple schedules and changing priorities
• Able to make sound decisions when circumstances change quickly
• Clear and professional communication
• Experience working with drivers, vehicles, routes, or transportation schedules
• Dependable follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable using transportation, dispatch, scheduling, fleet, or general business software
• Direct mobility-industry experience is helpful, but not required

Your transportation experience doesn't have to come from one specific industry.

Someone who has managed passenger transportation, healthcare transportation, delivery routes, a commercial fleet, dispatch operations, shuttle services, or another mobile workforce may already have much of the experience we're looking for.

We're looking for someone who can keep the day moving while also thinking ahead—someone who notices where tomorrow's problem may be developing and works to address it before it starts affecting service.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
