Transportation Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee all transportation activities of club and members. This includes fleet management and maintenance of vehicles owned by Floridian.
• Identify situations that require attention or resolution, and when appropriate management escalation.
• Follow all billing procedures for services. Work with Head Golf Professional and General Manager to ensure integrity of billing and department revenues and expenses.
• Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures, reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others ensuring quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
• Maintains positive and professional attitude toward members, residents, visitors, and co-workers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• College Degree preferred.
• Jonas Software experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft products
• Previous experience in service-oriented positions in a hospitality.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to work all shifts, including Overnight, Evenings and Mornings.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and create customer focused environments.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
