Transportation Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Transportation Specialist at Student Capsule Club | نادي كبسولة الطلابي. The Transportation Specialist will coordinate and plan transportation logistics for club activities, events, and outreach programs, ensuring safe and efficient movement of participants and materials when needed. Daily tasks include reviewing transportation requirements, developing schedules and routes, communicating with students and partners about transport arrangements, and updating records and documentation. The role also involves responding to inquiries, addressing transportation-related issues, and collaborating with the organizing team to support accessible and inclusive participation in club activities. The specialist will work closely with other volunteers and coordinators to continuously improve transportation processes and support the club’s educational and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Transportation Planning and Transportation Management skills to design effective routes, schedules, and logistics for club activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with students, volunteers, partners, and service providers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support participants, respond to questions, and resolve transportation concerns respectfully and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess transportation needs, evaluate options, and improve efficiency and safety.
• Familiarity with basic transportation regulations, safety practices, and risk management is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Interest in student development, volunteer work, and community engagement; prior experience in student organizations or logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, mapping applications, communication platforms) and basic documentation skills.
