Transporter/ Behavioral Aide

The Community Resource Counseling Group, LLC (CRCG) is currently seeking dependable and professional Behavioral Aides and Transporters to provide services to children and families throughout Metro Atlanta.

AREAS NEEDED

We are actively hiring individuals located in or willing to serve:

• Atlanta
• Paulding County
• Cobb County
• Douglas County
• DeKalb County
• Fulton County
• Surrounding Metro Atlanta areas

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Transportation

• Safely transport children and youth to court, family visits, appointments, placements, school, and other approved locations.
• Be available for early-morning transportation, daytime assignments, and occasional extended-distance trips.
• Maintain punctuality and communicate immediately regarding delays or transportation concerns.
• Maintain required transportation and service documentation.

Behavioral Aide

• Provide one-on-one supervision and behavioral support to children and adolescents.
• Assist with redirection, coping skills, appropriate social interactions, and behavioral interventions.
• Supervise clients in home and community settings.
• Document behaviors, interventions, progress, and significant events.
• Complete service notes accurately and within CRCG’s required timeframe.
• Immediately report safety concerns and incidents according to agency policy.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Have reliable personal transportation and current automobile insurance.
• Be willing to complete an MVR and required background screenings.
• Be dependable, punctual, professional, and responsive.
• Have a working smartphone and reliable communication.
• Be comfortable transporting and working directly with children and adolescents.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Complete all required CRCG and state-required training.
• Be willing to travel throughout assigned Metro Atlanta counties.

Experience working with DFCS-involved children and families, behavioral health, foster care, social services, mental health, developmental disabilities, residential programs, or youth services is strongly preferred.

SCHEDULE

This is a flexible, case-based position. Assignments are based on referrals and client needs.

We have a particular need for individuals who are available:

• Early mornings
• Weekdays
• After-school/evening hours
• Weekends
• Court transportation
• Long-distance transportation
• Ongoing recurring cases
