EA Family Services is a nonprofit organization with offices throughout Northern California dedicated to providing safe, nurturing homes for foster youth and supporting young adults transitioning out of foster care. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Transporter/Visitation Monitor to join our Oroville team.

This position plays an important role in helping children and families maintain meaningful connections by providing transportation services and supervising family visits in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Transport foster youth to family visits, appointments, school activities, and other approved destinations.
• Supervise and monitor family visits, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Maintain accurate, objective, and timely documentation of visits and observations.
• Foster positive interactions while maintaining professional boundaries and neutrality.
• Ensure visitation areas are cleaned and organized after each visit to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, caregivers, families, and community partners.
• Adhere to agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete electronic documentation.
• Must maintain a respectful, objective attitude free from personal bias.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Minimum of two years of driving experience required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Valid California driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• DOJ, FBI, and CAIC clearances required.
