Position: Transport / NOC Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting telecom network operations, particularly transport systems. Ensures network availability, performance, and timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and transport-related issues
- Perform network fault analysis and escalation when necessary
- Coordinate with field engineers and other teams for issue resolution
- Prepare reports on network status, incidents, and maintenance activities
- Support preventive maintenance and network optimization activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Preferably a licensed ECE or EE
- Experience in the telecom industry is an advantage
- At least 2 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Willing to work from Monday-Saturday
Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
