What they need
Embodied Healing provides trauma informed education designed to help people better understand the nervous system, trauma, relationships, emotional wellbeing, embodiment, and healing. We are seeking Global Ambassadors who are passionate about connecting meaningful education with the communities they know and understand. Learn more at embodiedhealings.com
About the Program
Our Global Women’s Trauma & Resilience Education Program is a culturally responsive, trauma informed educational program designed to help women better understand trauma, the brain and nervous system, emotions, relationships, self-worth, boundaries, identity, gender-based violence, and healing.
The program is available through three editions:
- Global/English Edition — designed for English-speaking communities and broader international audiences.
- Latin American/Spanish Edition — culturally adapted for Spanish-speaking communities and Latin American contexts.
- South Asian & Middle Eastern Edition — culturally responsive programming developed to reflect the diverse social, cultural, religious, and lived experiences of women across South Asian and Middle Eastern communities.
About the Global Ambassador Role
Global Ambassadors help us bring these programs into communities around the world. This is an ideal role for someone who already has relationships, networks, professional connections, community involvement, or an authentic presence within a particular region or population. You do not need to have a clinical background. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate authentically, and recognize opportunities to introduce trauma-informed education to communities that may benefit from it.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce Embodied Healing's women's education programs to individuals, organizations, businesses, educators, and community groups.
- Market the edition that is most appropriate for your region or audience.
- Build relationships with organizations and community leaders.
- Participate in outreach through social media, email, networking, community events, or other appropriate channels.
- Represent Embodied Healing and the program accurately and respectfully.
- Provide feedback about the needs, questions, and interests you hear from your community.
We are especially interested in people who:
- Have genuine connections within the region or communities they hope to represent.
- Understand the cultural context of the people they serve.
- Are comfortable building relationships and initiating conversations.
- Communicate clearly and authentically.
- Are passionate about women's education, trauma awareness, resilience, wellbeing, or social impact.
- Can recognize opportunities for collaboration.
- Are self-directed and comfortable working independently.
- Want to help make trauma-informed education more accessible globally.
Compensation
This is a commission based independent contractor opportunity. Global Ambassadors are compensated through a split model for programs they help bring to participants or organizations. Depending on the level of involvement required from the Ambassador and Embodied Healing, compensation may be structured as:
50/50 Revenue Split - The Ambassador receives 50% of agreed program revenue and Embodied Healing receives 50%.
60/40 Revenue Split - When Embodied Healing provides additional sales, communication, enrollment, follow-up, or administrative support in securing and maintaining the client or participant relationship, the Ambassador receives 40% and Embodied Healing receives 60%.
Why This Role Matters
Trauma informed education should not belong to one culture, one language, or one way of understanding healing. Our goal is to make meaningful education accessible while respecting the cultural realities of the people receiving it.
Global Ambassadors help us bridge that gap. You bring the relationships, cultural connection, and community knowledge. We bring the educational framework, resources, and program development. Together, we can help more women access education that feels relevant, respectful, and human.
