About the Position

We are currently hiring an EMDR trained therapist to join our trauma-focused Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and interested in supporting adults (18+) navigating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and other mental health challenges.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate daily PHP groups for adults experiencing trauma-related symptoms.
• Incorporate experiential and somatic interventions within structured group sessions to promote regulation and healing.
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-supported modalities such as EMDR, parts work, and psychodrama.
• Conduct weekly individual and family therapy sessions when needed.
• Complete initial consultation assessments, determine appropriate levels of care, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage authorizations in a timely manner.
• Engage in bi-weekly clinical supervision and case consultation with peers to enhance professional growth and program consistency.

Who You Are

• Deeply committed to working with individuals recovering from complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociation.
• EMDR trained or eager to pursue EMDR training (Must have at least 1 year experience working with clients that have trauma/PTSD/complex trauma).
• Skilled in or trained in experiential treatment approaches (e.g., somatic work, role play, movement, expressive modalities).
• Experienced in group facilitation and familiar with best practices for trauma-focused, evidence-based interventions.
• Competent in treatment planning, documentation, and progress note completion.
• Licensed or working toward licensure in a mental health field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

• Pay range: $60,000 to $70,000
