Roles and Responsibilities :

• Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers by understanding their holiday needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle customer interactions primarily over the phone, with occasional digital channels.
• Achieve key KPIs including handling time, conversion, revenue, and service quality.
• Use booking tools to create tailored holiday packages.
• Take ownership of learning, development, and continuous improvement.
• Find effective solutions that benefit customers, the business, and colleagues.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales or inside sales with a focus on international voice process .
• Strong background in cross-selling and upselling techniques for increasing revenue growth.
• Excellent English language proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively over phone calls.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
