Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences to tailor personalized itineraries.
• Provide detailed recommendations on hotels, airlines, tours, and local attractions based on client needs and preferences.
• Assist travelers with booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and activities to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Offer expert guidance on travel documentation, visa requirements, health advisories, and safety protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, hotel options, and hospitality services to deliver current and accurate advice.
• Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships for future bookings.
• Use sales techniques to upsell additional services or upgrades that enhance the client’s travel experience.

Skills

• Strong background in sales with the ability to confidently promote travel packages and services.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that builds trust and rapport.
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations, amenities, and hospitality standards to advise clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey options and answer questions thoroughly.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
