About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Travel Advisor to join a professional travel management team.

This position focuses on business travel, group travel, and business meeting management. The ideal candidate will have travel industry experience, strong booking skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage flights, hotels, and car services
• Handle travel-related issues and troubleshooting
• Provide travel support and customer service
• Coordinate business and group travel arrangements
• Work with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth travel operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in the travel industry
• Experience with GDS
• Knowledge of airline commission structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Native-level English
• Business-level Japanese
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Japanese business culture
• Experience supporting Japanese clients or companies
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
