Job Summary

In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options. Duties

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
• Design customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
• Utilize reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) to book travel arrangements efficiently
• Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations
• Provide detailed travel information and updates to clients before and during their trips
• Assist clients with travel documentation, visa requirements, and travel insurance options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in the travel industry and destination information
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with hotel partners and service providers to secure the best rates and amenities
• Handle client inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Skills

• Proven experience working remotely within a sales environment, preferably in the travel industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Expertise in travel scheduling, planning, and reservation systems including GDS platforms
• Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality services, and global distribution systems (GDS)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and client communications efficiently
• Effective client communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with the travel industry trends, destinations, and travel documentation requirements
• Experience with hotel booking systems and reservation management tools is highly desirable

Pay: $5,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
