Your Responsibilities

• Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound) on travel-related cases.
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
• Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.

Our Requirements

• Dutch language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
