Travel Agent

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat regarding travel availability, rates, mileage redemption and changes to schedules

• Book, modify, and cancel travel booking quickly and accurately

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services

• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates without working experience.
• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in computer software and office systems.

• Amenable to work on shifting or rotating schedules
