About the Company

Tawaf Travel is a UK-based travel company with 22 years of industry experience and an established presence in Pakistan for approximately 20 years. We are looking for motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our back-office team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist clients with their travel needs.
• Promote and sell flight tickets, Hajj and Umrah packages, and holiday packages.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and related travel arrangements.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Handle post-sales inquiries and assist customers with their travel-related needs.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
• Commission: Attractive commission structure in British Pounds (£).
• Earning Potential: Earn up to PKR 100,000 per month through salary and commission, depending on performance.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.
• Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service.
• Previous experience in travel sales or a similar role will be an advantage.
