What they need
Turn a passion for travel and people into a career.
For more than 30 years, Custom Travel Services has helped clients plan the trips they’ll remember for a lifetime from destination weddings and honeymoons to luxury all-inclusive escapes, Disney vacations, and cruises. Based in Merchantville, NJ, we’re a boutique travel agency built around something an online booking site simply can’t offer: personal relationships, expert guidance, and someone who is there for every detail from the first conversation through the journey home.
Now, we’re growing our team.
We’re looking for a full-time Travel Associate who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the travel industry from the inside out. This isn’t just an administrative position. You’ll work directly with clients, learn alongside an experienced travel advisor, build relationships with leading travel brands, and develop the skills that go into creating exceptional travel experiences.
If you love working with people, thrive on keeping details organized, and get genuinely excited about helping someone plan an incredible trip, this could be the beginning of a career you’ll love.
