Travel Booking Agent

Join our team as a Travel Booking Agent and help guests turn their purchased vacation packages into unforgettable trips. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you'll engage with customers over the phone and assist them in selecting destinations, dates, and completing reservations. Bring energy and enthusiasm to every call while providing exceptional service that encourages guests to finalize their bookings, building excitement about their upcoming vacations.

Responsibilities:

• Call guests who have purchased vacation packages but have not yet booked their trips
• Build excitement and enthusiasm about their upcoming vacations.
• Assist guests in selecting destinations, travel dates, and completing reservations.
• Explain available options and help guests make informed decisions.
• Maintain high energy levels during calls to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Apply coaching feedback immediately to improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with strangers over the phone
• Resilient and able to stay positive when customers aren't ready to book
• Open to coaching and constructive feedback
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• 18 years or older
• Motivated by goals, bonuses, and achieving strong results.

Schedule and Pay:

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM ($17/hr + bonuses)
• Evening Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM ($19/hr + bonuses)
• No weekends. Ever.
• All positions are in-office and full-time
