Join our Accommodation Booking account and assist customers with hotel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and other accommodation concerns. No BPO experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel bookings and reservations
• Check room availability, rates, and hotel policies
• Handle cancellations and reservation changes
• Answer customer questions about accommodations
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet quality and customer service standards

Qualifications

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Good attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php13,966.80 - Php25,803.33 per month
