Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Booking Agent to assist customers with flight, hotel, and other travel reservations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide efficient and professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, and travel services.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, cancelling, and rebooking reservations.
• Provide accurate information about fares, schedules, availability, travel policies, and booking requirements.
• Recommend suitable travel options based on customer preferences and budget.
• Process reservations accurately using booking and reservation systems.
• Handle customer concerns, special requests, and changes professionally.
• Verify customer and payment information while following security procedures.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking details.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• BPO, travel, airline, hotel, reservations, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
