Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

* Handle assigned leads and connect with clients to understand their travel requirements.

* Create customized itineraries and travel packages based on client preferences and budget.

* Coordinate and negotiate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other vendors.

* Compare rates and services and provide the best suitable quotation to the client.

* Follow up effectively and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

* Manage the end-to-end booking process, including confirmations, payments, vouchers and documentation.

* Provide client support before and during the tour and efficiently handle on-tour issues.

* Manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously while coordinating with the team.

Required Skills

* Good domestic & international destination knowledge.

* Experience in customized itinerary planning and travel sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

* Good lead conversion and follow-up skills.

* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good team player with a customer-focused approach.
