Role Description This full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Consultant will assist customers with planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate travel arrangements in line with client preferences and policies. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolving travel-related issues promptly and professionally. The Travel Consultant will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, fare rules, and company procedures, while working closely with internal teams to support efficient travel management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and coordinate comprehensive travel plans.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book, modify, and confirm itineraries accurately.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address traveler needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Graduates
• English Level B2
• Proficiency with reservation systems, GDS platforms, and basic office software is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English (and Arabic is an advantage), with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for shifts as required.
• Previous experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or related fields, and a relevant diploma or degree, are preferred.
