Travel Coordinator

We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our Dubai office. The role supports the sales team and handles day-to-day travel operations, from bookings and supplier coordination to client communication and documentation. This is a good opportunity for someone with travel industry experience to grow in a fast-paced travel and tour business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and visas
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and WhatsApp to confirm itineraries and answer queries
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers
• Prepare quotations, vouchers, and travel documents
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on client payments
• Support the sales team with client follow-ups and ad-hoc tasks
• Ensure bookings comply with company policies and supplier terms
• Handle changes, cancellations, and amendments efficiently

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality
• Knowledge of GDS or online booking systems is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and email
• Good written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work under deadlines
• Currently in the UAE with a valid or transferable visa preferred
