Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen, chest, head, vascular, musculoskeletal, and neurological studies with and/or without contrast
• Conduct advanced imaging procedures such as brain perfusion, CT arthrography, myelography (cervical, lumbar, thoracic), colonography, drainage, aspirations, and biopsies
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and operate Siemens and Philips CT systems (both required)
• Start peripheral IVs and assist with contrast administration in an Emergency Department and Adult Acute Care setting
• Document and manage patient records using EPIC (required)
• Submit all requested time off (RTO) upfront prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active California state license required at time of submission
• ARRT CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with both Siemens and Philips CT equipment (hard requirement)
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted
• Must pass an onsite Advanced EKG exam (20 questions, 17 rhythm strips, 3 general questions; 80% minimum passing score; two attempts permitted)
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Emergency Department and Adult Acute Care CT settings
• Proficiency in vascular imaging including pulmonary embolism studies, CTA, and aortic imaging
• Experience with advanced procedures such as myelography, CT arthrography, and virtual colonography
• Familiarity with multiplanar reconstruction techniques
