Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Amadeus/Sabre system for processing travel requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge to provide informed solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels (email, chat, and non-voice process).

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (customer service/call center).
• Strong understanding of BPO processes, GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre), and US process procedures.
• Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
