Travel desk executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Contract Experience: 3–5 years Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Travel Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international travel, handling bookings, managing travel documentation, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. Required Skills & Experience: • 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel desk or travel operations. • Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, cab, and other travel booking processes. • Hands-on experience managing domestic and international travel arrangements. • Familiarity with travel portals, GDS platforms, or corporate travel booking tools is preferred. • Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office tools. • Ability to handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and travel-related queries efficiently. • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work within tight timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
