Travel Desk Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees. The candidate will coordinate with travel vendors, ensure policy compliance, optimize travel costs, and provide seamless travel support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage flight, hotel, rail, cab, and visa bookings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Liaise with travel agencies and vendors for reservations and negotiations.
Prepare travel itineraries and communicate travel details to employees.
Handle travel modifications, cancellations, and emergency requests.
Verify travel invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments.
Maintain travel records, MIS, and expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company travel policy.
Resolve employee travel-related queries efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism/Hospitality preferred).
4-10 years of experience in Corporate Travel Desk or Administration.
Hands-on experience in domestic and international travel bookings.
Knowledge of visa processing, travel insurance, and travel management.
Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
