TRAVEL DOCUMENTATIONS SUPERVISOR

About the role

Join us as our Travel Documentations Supervisor and take ownership of delivering accurate, timely and compliant travel documentation for our global workforce/clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the documentations team; assign work, monitor SLAs and drive performance.
• Oversee preparation, verification and submission of visas, permits and related travel paperwork for multiple countries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and carrier requirements; apply changes to internal processes.
• Liaise with embassies/consulates, courier partners and vendors to expedite applications and resolve issues.
• Ensure secure, audit-ready recordkeeping and strict data protection of sensitive traveler information.
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce turnaround time.

About you

• 3+ years in visa/travel documentation, immigration services or travel operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international visa/entry requirements and document authentication.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with consular offices and managing escalations.
• Proficient with document management systems and MS Office.
