Travel Expenses Support Specialist

The aim is to ensure a fast, competent and service-oriented solution to customers' concerns and thus contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Support Specialist, you will

• Receive and process customer inquiries by phone, chat, e-mail and ticket system
• Provide documentation and follow-up of customer concerns
• Ensure friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication
• Forward complex requests to 2nd level support or responsible departments
• Provide Data for Reports
• Meet defined service level targets (SLAs)
• Support in the continuous improvement of communication standards
• Participate in the optimization of service processes and tools
• Give feedback to the supervisor to identify potential for improvement
• Participate in product and process knowledge training

About You

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
• Initial experience in customer service or help desk is an advantage
• Confident handling of CRM and ticket systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers
• Goal-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Strong service and solution orientation
• Resilience and ability to work in a team

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Germany: 29,167 - 34,751 EUR

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
