Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, interests, and specific requirements for their trips.
• Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options tailored to individual client needs.
• Design detailed, day-by-day travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel bookings, tour arrangements, ground transportation, and special requests.
• Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, health precautions, local customs, and cultural etiquette for various destinations.
• Book and confirm all travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications and budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the planning process, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Manage travel-related documentation, including booking confirmations, tickets, and detailed itinerary packets.
• Stay continuously updated on global travel trends, new destinations, emerging technologies, and changes in travel policies or restrictions.
• Resolve any unforeseen issues or changes that may arise before or during a client's trip, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
