Travel Package Executive

We are looking for a Travel Package Executive who can design, plan and coordinate customized domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of itinerary planning, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing and package costing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Travel Package Designing:* Create customized domestic and international travel packages based on client requirements, preferences and budget.

2. *Itinerary Planning:* Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries, including destinations, sightseeing, activities, transportation and accommodation.

3. *Package Costing:* Calculate and prepare package quotations, including hotel costs, transfers, sightseeing, meals and other travel services.

4. *Hotel & Vendor Coordination:* Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs and other travel vendors to obtain rates and confirm availability.

5. *Client Coordination:* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages according to their budget and preferences.

6. *Quotation Preparation:* Prepare and share professional travel quotations with complete package details, inclusions and exclusions.

7. *Booking Coordination:* Coordinate with the operations team and vendors for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

8. *Travel Research:* Research new destinations, hotels, activities and travel experiences to develop attractive packages.

9. *Follow-ups:* Follow up with clients regarding quotations, revisions, confirmations and payments.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
