Travel Process Executive – Customer Support
Location: Gurugram, Sector 30 (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month
Experience: 6 months to 1+ year in Travel Process
Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice, email, and chat.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
- Coordinate with travel partners and support backend operations.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
