Travel RN – PCU

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-level, direct patient care within the Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices in a technically complex environment such as ICU or PCU. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered wellness, safety, and quality, with opportunities for precepting and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care aligned with specialty standards and models like AACN’s Synergy Model.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset.
