Job Title: Travel Support Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3+ years in end-to-end Corporate Travel Operations, including GDS, international bookings, and itinerary management.

Note: Middle East travel experience preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of end-to-end corporate travel operations experience.
• Expertise in international flight bookings and itinerary management.
• Hands-on experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Knowledge of hotel bookings, ground transportation, and visa processes.
• Middle East travel experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage international corporate travel bookings.
• Handle flights, hotels, transport, itinerary changes, and cancellations.
• Support travelers with queries and travel disruptions.
• Coordinate with travel vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain travel records.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure traveler satisfaction.

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days
